We exist to coach and develop Headteachers and School Leaders. We will help to create healthy Headteachers through developing their identity, purpose and professional health. These leaders then impact their staff team and children through a strong coaching culture that focuses on values and beliefs before abilities and behaviours.
The Head Coach provides coaching services for Headteachers and school leaders, aimed at developing them as leaders. MEET THE HEAD COACH
REBECCA SIVERS
The Head Coach
Rebecca is a professional coach with over 10 years of experience in coaching. Qualifying as a teacher in 2003, Rebecca taught across the primary and Early Years age phases. She took on the management of a private day nursery in 2011, turning it around from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good' at Ofsted within just 15 months. She has also worked within the Third Sector and within Business. Rebecca is passionate about helping and coaching leaders in education so that greater impact can be experienced in themselves as well as in their professional performance.

Rebecca is also married to husband, Michael, for almost 22yrs and has two adult children. Rebecca loves to take her dog, Reggie, for walks and enjoys spending time with her family.
