All are different in varying commitments so that we can accommodate your busy schedule. All our coaching services are designed to help you develop your leadership skills, build a strong school culture and create healthy headteachers.
HEAD CIRCLES
Our coaching circles are collaborative environments designed for listening and growth. Here, you can share your experiences and challenges while learning from others in a supportive space. Regular content is provided so that your growth is enhanced with principles that will impact your practice. With a group of approximately six members, a Head Circle is the perfect environment for development in professional health and influence.
THE HEAD COLLECTIVE
Our mission is that the Head Collective will provide a community of support and growth for Headteachers and School Leaders. We have created a space where you can engage in discussions and collaborate with other like-minded professionals. This community is designed to help you discover a deeper understanding of who you are and how best to impact your education setting.
